Shipping & Returns
We aim to ensure that your items arrive safely and securely and take extra care when packaging your items. In the extremely rare case of loss of damage, please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please contact us within 1 week of delivery if there are any issues with your order. All items are delivered through our chosen courier to ensure a secure and prompt delivery.
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24hours. We will endeavour to get your order out in time, however this is not always possible so please let us know if your order is urgent and we will do our utmost to get it dispatched as soon as possible.
All items on back-order will be delivered as soon as they are available. You will be notified once the items have shipped.
Delivery timescales are indicative only and subject to delays by the courier. We do not accept any liability if there are delays to the delivery as a result of courier issues.
All orders placed on a UK bank holiday or on a non-working day (Saturday and Sunday) will be dispatched on the first available working day. Please keep in mind that deliveries will be significantly delayed during the busy UK holiday seasons (Christmas and Easter) so please give yourself some extra time for delivery if you need anything urgently.
Unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days. Please email us at: email@example.com to notify us of a return so we can authorise before you send the items back. You will receive a refund once we’ve received your unopened and unused items. Please note that depending on your payment method. It may take several days for your bank to process a refund back to you.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of any opened edible/perishable products.
Items bought on sale can only be exchange for products of similar value as long as they are unused and unopened.
Your order will be sent to your delivery address as indicated during checkout. If you’ve entered your address incorrectly, you can contact us before 1PM GMT on the day of the order. If you missed the deadline, please place a new order with the correct delivery address. We will refund your original order minus the delivery cost once your package is returned to us by the courier.
We currently only ship to the UK and the Channel Islands and select European countries and do not offer international shipping to the rest of the world.

Express delivery £9.99 - please allow 48 hours from dispatch for delivery.
