What are your delivery options?

Do you ship internationally?

We only ship to the UK and selected European countries. Please see our shipping info page here for more details

Can I change my order once it’s been placed?

Yes, you can change your order before 1PM on the day you place your order. All orders received will be processed after this time. To do this, please send an email to hellosweetlayercake@gmail.com and we will happily modify your order for you. Once your order has been processed, you wouldn’t be able to make any further changes.

Can I return my item?

Sure, unopen and unused items may be returned within 10 days. Please email us at: hellosweetlayercake@gmail.com to notify us of a return so we can authorise before you send the items back. You will receive a refund once we’ve received your unopened and unused items. Please note that depending on your payment method. It may take several days for your bank to process a refund back to you.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of any edible/perishable products. Items bought on sale cannot be refunded.

What payment forms do you accept?

We use the secure shopify payment platforms which accepts Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Apple Pay.
